Good crappie lakes

Your best bet is going to be to check the DNR lake reports. If you have not done that before, just google "lake Finder". On the first page towards the bottom righ you will see recreational compass. Open that up and do a search for the city of brainard. Then you can pan an scan the map and click on the lakes in the area and check the net results. Pay attention to the text comments as well, and also take note of the date of the survey. Getting folks to give up a lake name is going to be tough sledding.
