Clam expedition take-down problem . . . help?

Hi guys, and thanks in advance for any help! I have a clam expedition "hub-type" pop-up shelter (5x6), and I'm having a heck of a time folding it back up! Seems like every time I try, things get tangled up and it won't fold up. I'm tired of having to wrestle with it for an extra half-hour after fishing. Has anyone had this problem? More importantly, has anyone found a good way to make take-down easy? Again, thanks for any input!

Troutned I bought the same shack this year and have had the same problem at times. I have found that the order you collapse the walls in is important. I always collapse the longer walls first. Then the short ones and finally the roof. Usually if do it righ it will fold into itself pretty well as I push the roof in. I still usually have to pull it slightly open to untangle the hubs where the poles meet up though. Then you get to stuff it in that bag. If only they would have made it a few inches longer it would be so much easier to get it in there. I think I might start using a big hockey sized duffel bag instead of the one it came with. I'm still pretty happy with the shack but I have had some moments when collapsing it that were pretty frustrating to say the least. Hopefully this helps you out.
