Electric Jiffy Auger

I just bought a new pro2 jiffy electric auger And I took it out this weekend and it just cut four hole before it was dead I rechargerd it and tried it again and four holes I think it should cut more then that it is very nice other wise any ideas I have called Reed were I bought it they said to Call Jiffy So I emailed them but no response yet Try call tuesday

The father-in-law bought one last year and used it the first time this year. I drilled 8 holes with it and could have drilled more if needed. I would wait to hear from Jiffy on there response.

If you just bought it from Reeds and have a reciept they should take it back. If not I would never shop them again. Thats just bad bussiness if you JUST got it.

ok I talked with Jiffy they say with the ten inch auger 5-7 hole 24" ice

So Jiffy said they would take it back But I would have to send it to reeds in Walker. So I called reeds. they said I could bring it to the one on 169 by milacs So that was nice .

I still like Jiffy But four holes it just not enough for me Kevin at Jiffy was very nice and called me right back
