How do you send private messages on this forum? I see that as an option, but when I click it, I'm told that feature is disabled. I can't find anywhere to enable it. Thanks.

LIMIT is right, but actually that feature is available. If you sign up for the HSO Insider, the PM option is unlocked/activated:
