I finally got my winch up and running on my honda foreman (2009). It took me about 6 hours all said in done. Its not hard but very tedious. I kept jumping the gun on things so I had to go back and redo things. I did splice the wires to the accessor plug so it only while the key is on.

I basically posting this so if other people need help or have questions about installing a winch on the foremans, I can give advice and pics. I installed a viper winch but mounting and installation should be the same for other winches.

Now its time for some real mudding.
