EBass
Just wondering what thoughts are out there about water temps and if they are starting to cool yet. Anxious (sp??) for the fall bite!!
Walleye_GFA
Im just now seeing an end to the early summer bite... water temps are 10 deg cooler than this time last year (west metro lakes)...I would not look for cooler water until we see summer ;-)The only species that has slowed for me are metro walleyes, and some northerns, they both seem to be deeper and the walleyes seem to totally evacuate an area from day to day...I would guess that we should see substantial cooling late Aug or early Sept. I too cant wait to see what the fall bite will bring after a pretty mild summer !!!Man, can you believe were talking fall already.... Deer, fowl, FOOTBALL !!!!!Wally
EBass
I know it's great. I saw you on the ice fishing forum. I can't wait for ice to. Get that nice waldo bite around dusk and watch the vex light up. Then work a waldo up to bite. Fight em though a little hole. Ah it's MN at it's best. Fall time is trophy time to I love cool water fishing. Water temps 60 to 40.
