Sunny and 82 degrees out.

Fished pine river Richland County. Water high and still a little stained.

Water temperature 68 degrees.

Fished for 3.5 hours.

6 trout to hand.

All trout were either tight to cover or at streams feeding in.

Smallest was 10 inches.

Biggest was 20 inches.

Kept two trout. First keeps of the year. This stretch of the pine river the limit is 2.

The last month of the season I am going to start keeping some to counteract the blind catch and release practices of the majority of the trout anglers in my area. Too many trout in my waterways and too many trout equal smaller trout.
