Beaver! really brings the big boys in! those mature boars can't resist it

Matchset, do you hang a carcass with out the bones, or do you remove the glands an make the paste. or simply order it?

i worked at a fur tannery during college. we receive hundreds of beaver each year that need to be fleshed and dried before they can be tanned and made into garments,blankets,mittens etc...

so, we save all of the beaver flesh in totes, lined with big trash bags. and freeze the flesh and fatty tissue till the bear season!

its unique smell, and one that big boars love! these beaver "blocks" are easily brought into the woods beczuse they are frozen; and work best in conjunction in areas that have beaver ponds!
