audio editing question

Hello,

My duaghter is a figure skater and needs a song from an audio cd edited for length. She needs 60 seconds out of a 4 minute cd. What is the easiest way edit and save? any special software or program to use?

I use a program called DAK Wave Editor. Do an online search, you'll find their HSOforum easily. I think the editor only program is under $25.00.

Audacity is a good audio editor and is available online as a free download. Its easy to use and works on Mac, Windows and Linux.
