BOAT MODIFICATIONS

I am trying to get some ideas for modifying my 14' three bench vessel. Wanna put a floor and a front casting deck in it... If you have any before to after pics of boats that you have modified, please post them here. Thanx!!!

I completed such a project this spring on a 14' Starcraft. I removed the middle bench seat and put in a removable floor, which was made from 2 pieces of 3/8" plywood and carpeted. I place 2x4s horizontally under the wood for support. I wanted to put a higher deck but my boat is very shallow, and the boat is too unstable. That would be my main concern, determining how high a floor or deck you can use. By removing the middle seat I have a nice area to walk. You can add deck if your boat is deep enough.
