cajun lightning

after looking throught the cabelas catalog I saw cajun lightning line. Has anyone used it? I was also thinking that if the red part of the spectrum filters out the shallowist (new word) then it should practically dissappear at greater depths. Any thoughts?

Reports I get it is not the best stuff, at all. I have seen guys send it back with nasty letters included.
