Broken throttle 15hp

The throttle on my 15 yamaha broke between the rubber part where you turn and the metal arm that is attached to the motor. The front part of the metel arm cracked and is still attached to the throtle. I can still use the throtle but it turns very hard.

Has anyone seen this before?

I am going to take it apart tonight and get a better look. Hopefully it is something that can be welded
