jblabsnduck
Ok, so when I am driving with my lights off my driver side brake light on my boat trailer works just fine but when I turn on my lights it still lights up but when I apply the brakes it goes out. Turn signal works just fine also.I hooked up my other trailer and all lights work with my lights on or off.All other lights on trailer work just fine with lights on or off.Is it just as simple of buying a new light unit? It is the unit were the is 3 lights all incased in one unit that can't be opened.I did check the ground on the unit and it just goes around a bolt so really no way to tell if the ground is working right or not.Thoughts? NETim
It doesn't take much corrosion to stop 12v. Clean the ground lugs on the light fixtures, meaning the wire lugs and the trailer frame, as well as the ground lug/trailer frame on the tongue.
