Based on what I could find, you will need to register your machines in IL.

CLICK HERE to go to the State of IL DNR page. You can find the specifics of your registration requirements there.

You will also want to call them to see if your state has any reciprocal agreements with the other states you plan to ride in.

I do know that in order to ride in WI, you have to purchase their trail pass.
