Put 4 new rollers on yesterday and it winches on the trailer like a dream. The old ones were definately shot. Not quite a one handed operation, but I couldn't believe when I looked up to see that it was all the way up and I wasn't ready to keel over. Thanks of the help once again.

Guide ons will help with centering the boat. With guide ons you will be able to back further in the water and not worry about the boat floating off center. This will allow you to snug it up tight with the winch.
