50 hp Force idle too fast?

I have a 50 hp 91 Force thats only seen 7 tanks of gas. it takes a bit of cranking to get her started then when she gets runnin good and i put it into nuetral she skips or almost puts out every 10 seconds or so. i put new plugs in it before i even started it so ? Any info would be helpful.

I'm not quite understanding the issue... your title makes it sound like you idle too fast, but your post makes it sound like it's not idling high enough...
