Lund boat new floor help

bucksnort64

Question

I just got a Lund 14 foot boat that has a floor in it and there is a few soft spots in it .

So I want to replace it .

A few questions first, I think the floor is riveted on. I know to dill out the rivet , is the beam under the floor support Alum.

This seams like an easy job I just want to know if I'm in for any surprise once I start. Any suggestion would be Helpful thanks.

It is aluminum but be carefull, don't drill thru to hard if you have a inboard fuel tank. You also might have to take the live wells out to get the floors out depending on the locations of your spots.
