311Hemi
OK, I just got done redoing my trailer and after going to Fleet Farm and Boater Outlet in Roseville the only seals either of these place carried were single lip seals. Reading the Sure-lube instructions for my Karavan trailer it says to only use transcom double lip seals.Should I pull the hubs off again and replace them with a double lip seal, or run it how it is? maxpower17
double lip is ideal. If you were to put the single lip in backwards it would be ideal.Your main goal is to keep the water out, not keep the grease in.My advise, put in the double lip.
