Rose pattern how to?

I am going to be doing a new wrap here that would a nice wrap for the ladies, ie, wife, girlfriend, daughter etc. If there is any interest in a step by step how to I will. I just don't want to spend the time and effort if no one is interested.

I am thinking similar to this one without the layout part.

Id like it upnorth. Im just getting into rod building and have been a little disapointed in the lack of threads in here.

I love looking at what others are doing, it gives me ideas to try.

The girlfriend wants me to make her a rod, maybe it's something id try...

I have two rods to build in the near furture that i'll post on.

I just did one for a charity event, but had to put it all together so fast I didn't take time to take any photos. This one I will.

Being that is is a 3 color pattern there is a bit more to keep track of, but not that bad. I messed around with it in the paint application in windows and go it sorted it out, wasn't too bad. Have done more complex patterns.
