From what I can gather, it is being put on by the lake association and they feel that the lakes are overrun with carp? I suppose with the low lake levels in the area there are more sightings then what people are used to. I know Green has alot as I saw alot of them this winter through the ice. They would swim through 10-15 fish at a time. Yep, Flake has tons of carp and some real hawgs. Just thought I'd put this out there for the roughfish guys to demonstrate their prowness and maybe win some moola in the process.
