I was reading in various forums related to the northwest Metro area that people are starting to show some interest in getting out and catching some channels up this way. Most are new to catfishing, but I think they caught wind of the great channel catfishing the Chain has to offer last winter and that has peaked their interest.

Recent reports from fellow shore fishing buddies is the bit is going right now up this way for channels. I figured I would kill a couple birds with one stone. wink

I guess you could call it a get together, but more of I am going fishing from shore for channels, who wants to come along lol grin ! Myself, two people, or 30 people, we are just going fishing while the bite is on. Basically no frills unless someone wants to frill it up or something. I figure this will be towards the end of April on a Saturday.
