Mediterranean Rub ??

Anybody have a good Mediterranean/Greek rub that they wouldn't mind sharing?

I'm looking for something to spice/citrus up some pork chops that I would like to put on the grill.

I like to make a paste with olive oil, garlic, parsley, sage, rosemary, thyme, and oregano. (all fresh herbs)

The olive oil will help to keep the chops from drying out and/or sticking to the grill grates.
