Guest
Has anyone been fishing in the Chamberlain area recently? Just curious as to how the fish were biting if at all. Planning on taking a trip out there on the 13th, 14th & 15th of sept. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks to all, Spanky
Guest
Mobridge, SD fishing guide, Dennis Palmer, says the walleye bite has been good there in recent days. Limit catches aren't always happening, in fact, most fishermen are taking from 5 to 7 fish per day. Palmer's been doing best fishing breaklines in 10 to 20 feet on crawlers and minnows, using both spinners and straight Lindy Rigs. Crankbaiters are also doing well in the 10 to 20 foot range. Palmer says all boat ramps in the area are in good shape and should remain that way for the rest of the season. He does advise caution due to floating logs and previously submerged timber.
