mini choppers and Pocket Rockets?

I know a guy that has like 30 or 40 of these and I know nothing about them. He has collected them and sold 2 toi a friend of mine. He loves them.

I think they are the 49 cc. Rated to 300 pounds.

I think I can pick one up for me and my boys (10 yo) to ride around on. I think I can get one for $100 - 150?

Any and ALL advice would be great.

What to look for? What not to get? What brand?

My nephews each bought one a few years ago. They used them a bunch the first year then the novelty wore off. Now they ride them a couple times a summer for kicks and thats about it.
