Northland Whistler Jigs

I am a creature of habit and for the last 10+ years, we've used the neon colored whistler jigs on our spring walleye trip. My supply is dangerously low and as I'e hit the metro area's Ganders, Dick's, and Cabelas, I've noticed nobody carries them anymore. They have the plain colored ones with silver props, but none of the multi-colored neon series with neon props. Anyone know of a place that sells them in town? I can buy them online, but they are pricey, at least twice as much as I've typically paid. Thanks for the help.

I dont know of anywhere in the metro area, but I just picked some up today at Cabelas in owatonna. You might want to try fleet farm as well.

I was in Fleet Farm a few weeks ago and they didn't have any of their spring stuff in yet, I'll definitely try that. Thanks. The Cabelas in Rogers only carries the standard colors, I'm looking for Parrot, Bubblegum, Glow Watermelon, and Sunrise. Did Owatanna have all those? Might be time for a field trip.

These are my favorites in the winter also.. Differant sizes.. Panfish,Pike..Most bait shops carry a ample supply of these.. Either bulk,or packaged.. Tackle outlet in B.P. also has these..When the blades do not spin and flutter loosely, ever so slightly bend them till you get this..I use these all season..
