I will be on Turtle Lake this summer, mid August. I have three boys and would like to try to catch a few walleyes. Any tips? The lake has a lot of reeds, sand, and sharp drops. I'm a novice when it comes to walleyes. Thanks.

Most of the humps top off at 3 to 5 feet. There is some cabbage and coontail on the edges of the reeds before they drop fairly quickly to 20 or 30 feet. Will those little patches hold walleyes? What about the base of the drops?
