Surface Tension
Smoking isn't a way to hide a fishes taste, rather it is to enhance it. Fact: Smoking is the most delicate ways to prepare fish. So there is no better way to prepare tullibe then smoke them. If you don't have a "smoker" I can tell you how to smoke with a grill. pikestabber
Bake them! Tulibees are fantastic baked fish. Try this:(NOTE: to cook, you will seal the ingredients in tinfoil and place the packets on a cookie sheet)*Wash fillets thoroughly and soak in salted water overnight*Pat fillets dry and brush (lightly) with melted butter*Season with salt, garlic, & black pepper (or cayenne), to taste*Layer fish with thin slices of sweet onions*Cover fillets with a light layer of prepared Stove Top Stuffing*Bake for 20 minutes at 400 degrees in sealed tinfoil packetsFish will flake easily when done.
