A buddy has a 20hp on a 16' jon and he alone runs at aprox 20mph. But loaded with 2 guys 100 decoys and a 90 chessie, runs at 12mph.

I have a 13hp on a 16' mod V jon. Alone runs 13mph to 14mph. 2 guys and gear, runs at 9mph to 10mph. None of the examples are exactly what you have, but it will give you some idea. Hope this helps.
