Does anyone know of any websites or books on how to trap white suckers in
Minnesota? (I'm talking about the kind from 6" to 12" in length.) Also creek chubs and
shiners. I'm also looking for info. on trap construction. Any info. would be
appreciated. Thanks.

My guess is most people sceine the minnows out with a net. I have heard of guy catching them with small ice jigs or small gold treble hooks. You might try looking at cabelas at big minniw traps to get an idea.

I trap minnows and fish for them.With a legal trap you will not get the size your after.Its best to get out your ultra lite and spend an afternoon fishing for them.
