Me and a couple of friends are coming up thon Feb 28th-29th. Can someone help me with the following questions.
1. How is the current snow levels on the lake, any roads?
2. Do I need an extention on my auger?
3. How is the bite been?

This week warmer temps have helped settle the snow down some, but there are still areas that have 2 ft of snow. Most areas of the lake have trail systems and travel is getting better every day. I havent ran into any areas that I have had to use an extention and I dont think you should need one. The bite has been improving with the warmer temps. Good reports on perch are coming in daily and things should only continue to improve. Pike and walleye fishing this last week has been excellent. We have had days that six of us have limited out on walleyes and pike. Good Luck
