DLFD fishing tournament info??

Hi all. I looking for info on the upcoming Annual Volunteer Fire Dept. Ice Fishing Tournament on Devils lake. Is there a HSOforum? Can I still enter? I know its on the 29th....but how do I register? There must be a phone number or a HSOforum for this thing, but I haven't been able to find it on the web.
