Shore fishing Devils!

Where is a good place to shore fish up at devils lake? I hear the walleye and northern fishing can be pretty fantastic from shore in the spring.

Anyone have any ideas?

Find running water and you will find northerns. Almost anywhere along highway 281 and 19 you will have furious pike action with walleye action in the evenings. Dont look too far ahead yet though, there is still alot of ice left.

I predict the ice will be around until April 20.

Thanks for the replys guys. Wow not till april. I might bang a few rivers for the next few weeks to keep busy then.
