Jamestown res.

Just wondering how the Jamestown res. has been for fishing?
I can about imagine its been about as spotting as most lakes,
but figured I would check it out anyway.

Is there much for bigger perch in there?

Also, I heard that walleye is still open in ND, is this true?

Havent heard allot about the res. most of the stuff in that area has been about pipestem north of Jamestown. Sounds like the are trying to fish the lake out tho. What ever happened to catch and release?
Find a local bait shop if you can first. I dont really care for crowds so I wouldnt go near that place on the weekend. Both pipestem and the res. have crappies. ND is open to fishing year round. Catch all the eyes you like.
