What is the Law on using submersible lights in North Dakota? We have an older aqua vue, so use a light when looking at structure we want to mark on the gps. In MN. we leave the fishing gear locked in the truck when using the camera. I have been told there are some nice crappies in DL, and was wondering if the light could be used to attract them or if it is illegal like MN?.
