April 1 begins the new fishing regulations in North Dakota for 2002-2004, amongst the changes is the reduction in the daily perch limit from 50 to 35 and the possession limit to 175.

It takes 35 Devils Lake perch to fill a 5 gallon bucket. That would be 35 pounds of fish.
