Do I need a special fishing license?

I am from Minnesota and planning an ice fishing trip next weekend. All the lakes in Minnesota are struggling for ice. I was wondering if I have a minnesota license is that good enough. Or do I need to buy a North Dakato license? Thank you for your advice.

You'll need to purchase a North Dakota license. Fortunatly a three day nonresident is only $10.

We have 8 inches!!! Bring a 4-wheeler or snowmobile. We aren't building ice very fast either.
