kerryd15
I have an 89 boat with the 3/4 in pin bases, the plastic inserts seem to be worn and the seats wobble. The bases are approximately 9 inch diameter. Any ideas where I can get a round matching base? The square ones are too small to cover the old bolt holes. Is there carpet under the old bases for sure? They had to be factory installed before the floor was installed because they used standard lock nuts under the floor. There is no name on them, and will have to destroy them to get them off- either grind the stainless bolts off or cut the center out with a saw. Any advice or insight appreciated. marine_man
I can't say that I've ever seen a round base for the pin style pedestal.I presume you've checked Cabelas and a retailer that carries swivel eze (or swivel eze's HSOforum) to see what they offer?marine_man
