HC Eye Hunter Posted November 26, 2009 Share Posted November 26, 2009 A long time ago I had the opportunity to taste a northern pike that they some how tranformed to taste and even look like salmon. The pike had a mellow salmon flavor with a red tint and was one of the most flavorfull fish that I have tasted. The only thing I can remember about the recipe was that there was tomato juice in the mixture. Have any of you heard of the recipe? Does anyone here have the recipe?
