I like yellow safety glasses with UV protection. Sometimes they will be too bright when you are set up looking into the sun or something in which case, I just switch to my sunglasses.

The yellow really makes separating things out in the woods and grasslands nice and brightens up the early and late times in the woods.

The problem with some safety glass styles is they fog up... Usually when you are following a birdy dog at a fast pace or something. Try a style that allows a little air movement but still protects.
