BGP
Will be in Puerto Vallarta the first week in December with the family and planning on taking my 10 year old son out fishing. Can anyone recommend any light tackle fishing charters? I would like to stay away from the deep sea trolling for the big guys as I would like to keep my son busy.Thoughts? Thanks!!!!!!! justlivin'
I have been going to PV for the past 12 yrs. every year I fish. I usually do the deep sea trolling though. We always book thru our resort. I would recommend not going on one of those 20 person bottom fishing charters. Get a charter for 2-4 people. If your son can handle 8 hours on the water do it! Tuna fishing around the Islands is always good and when there is a slow time your son will have a blast seeing and looking for whales,dolphins,manti-rays, and all the other creatures out there. On an 8 hour trip they should get you out past the main Ocean wall. On a side note if you have a free day take the day charter to Yelapa a small fishing village only way to it is by boat
