magic_minnow Posted October 21, 2009 Share Posted October 21, 2009 I like to debone and skin then cut the fillets into chunks and grind them in the food processor to a fairly chunky mixture. Mix in a little flour, 1 egg and chop up some scallions, pepper and salt to taste, and mix a little more in processor to a ground beef consistency. Pat into patties (or meatballs) and grill or pan fry. Can be enjoyed in a burger style or as a dish. Enjoy! Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
