Eskimo Barracuda ?

I bought one of these augers because they are rated at 15,000 engine rpm, so I figured it should be extremely quick. Problem is, it isn't unless you really put serious downward pressure on it. Just wondering if anyone else knows anything on this. Maybe a gas/oil mixture that is different than manufacturer's specs? Thanks in advance for any help provided.

As tempting as it is.....you need to be careful when pushing so hard on the eskimos. My buddy and I both have makos. They are known for having the clutch drum breaking from too much pressure. As for the speed issue,...Try getting the centering point. I just got one for my auger this season. I was told it will make a diference.
