Trolling motors do not work

I have been having problems with my motors.

First I blew a fuse on my in board charger. Got that replaced.

Now when I charge the batteries it says full charge but no juice. When I plug the charger in there is a little juice.

During my epeidemic my buddy was switching wires around. They are hooked up as all positives on battery A

All negatives on battery B

and a jumper for a positive B and negative A

Can you tell me what is all connected to the trolling motor batteries?

Just the trolling motor wires (two?) and the charger wires (4?)?

sounds like you have the batts. hooked up as 24 volts is that what you meant to do

I found out that I had a battery that died

go figure it was only 3 months old
