kid has a problem with the cd player it is the factory one yet and when u put the cd in it kicks it right back out and err 20 shows up on the display any ideas what causes this

Its either the cd, the road, the weather, or the lens not being able to focus. There is a TSB on this and I think after all the other variables are taken out of the equation the radio needs to be sent out to be serviced. I have heard of people cleaning the lens themselves with fairly good success. I have not done it myself but I hear its not that hard to do!
