Red Lake, Ontario

Recommended Posts

Red Lake has walleyes of all sizes. If you are having a hard time finding eaters you need to move. Even if you are catching 22 inchers every 2 minutes. It seems like the fish are schooled by size in a lot of places. One spot will be nothing but under 14 inchers, the next spot will be nothing but 20 and over, the next spot will be 17s, etc......

Thanks, never fished the lake but a buddy wants to book a cabin and try it next june. Just wanted to know if it would be a good option. We fish a lot out of the northwest angle of lake of the woods and wanted to try a different lake for variety.
