I was curious if anyone leases or knows of anyone who has or does lease Potlatch land?

I have hunted Potlatch land for 25 years, along with private land ajacent. When these lands(3 80's) went for lease this fall our group put in for all surrounding our base camp(farm). We know this land very well and didn't want to get shut out by someone else leasing it. Our group is large(18-20) so splitting up $1600 was a no brainer. $100 each to have exclusive rights to hunting.

If your looking to lease I recommend doing lots of scouting and apply for 1 you really want. When these are leased they will most likely be released to the same group year after year.
