TMF89
Well I contacted Eskimo, and the lady I talked to was very helpful, but said she'd have to contact a manager and would reach me the next day. Well a week later I decided to call them, and again got a very helpful customer service woman who apologized for the delay and told me if I could email her pictures of the auger, she'd send them out to the managers the next day.Well a couple days after that I got a voice mail from her saying my auger blade/bit would be replaced free of charge, I just had to send her my address.Overall the service was very helpful, much more than I expected, besides the forgotten call, which I chalked up to just a misplaced note or something. While I'm still planning on selling my Eskimo for a Strikemaster next year, it's nice to know that they offer great customer service.I'll post pix later today when I get the chance.
