140 hp 4 stroke on Trophy 185

Is this enough motor? I'm talking a 140 hp
Suzuki 4 stroke on an Alumacraft Trophy 185.

The boat is rated for a 185 h.p. A 140 h.p. would only be 83% of the rated h.p. I would recommend never putting less than 85% h.p. capacity. Also with a 4 stroke you are adding a lot more weight. I personally would add more h.p.
