vman11
Here is a video of some fall vertical jigging on Lake of the Woods. 1/4-3/8 oz. jigs with frozen shiners was the bait of choice. Focused on mud to rock transitions, living on the edge of snag city! Putting together the video gave me the itch to get back in the boat. Even as cold as it is, it won't be long.... vman11
Ha yes, ice out last year was super late! Still able to get in boats in April, but it was definitely a cold spring. The lake was capped on opener, but we were able to sneak out into the gap a bit on opener Sunday for some hammer time.Hope the thaw is "average" this year.
