I have a puzzling speedometer question that I am hoping someone can answer. I have a 1996 Chevy 4wd pickup. I have had a gps unit in the pickup for at least 3 years and the speedometer has always been pretty accurate. For some reason recently the speedometer has become off by 8-10 mph. I have made no mechanical changes of any sort. I checked it with a different gps with the same results. Anyone have an idea what would cause this or how to fix it?
